This is how we describe small group training.

Small group training has been gaining popularity because it’s an affordable, fun way for clients to take advantage of a trainer’s expertise at a lower financial investment — all while keeping the fun and competitiveness of a group dynamic.

Small Group Training

If someone only wants a workout, private training is most likely too expensive, and the frequency will only make the expense greater.

This small class setting (maximum 8 people) presents the opportunity for people to experience the benefits of the creativity and motivation of Gábor, while lowering the financial entry point and/or spending more time with him for the available funds.

Some of our clients do both — pursue one-on-one training so they can work on their individual concerns relating specifically to their holistic health and fitness, and at the same time enjoy the experience of small group training.

This type of training is the “sweet spot” of keeping the health and fitness experience large enough to be a fun, interactive, authentic while small enough to maintain focus on quality.

When I started working with Gabor my top goals were losing weight and to have a healthier lifestyle. I wasn’t sure if I could create enough time to squeeze the trainings in my schedule and to have the willpower to follow through even when times get busy at work.

The opportunity that I can follow the group classes online made my life easier and since we work together I have lost 20 kgs and I have a more conscious relationship with what and how I eat.
