Questions about Online Coaching
Online coaching is a new way to provide life-changing health and movement coaching from a distance.
This way I can help you to become a better version of yourself so that you can spend more time with the people you love to see and be with.
No. There is nothing I can write for you that will be any more customized than what you can find in a magazine or online. As a personal trainer it is imperative that I get to know my clients by working with them long enough to program for imbalances, mobility/stability issues, movement patterns, ability level and personal preferences. This level of work puts the “personal” in personal training. Writing a program for you sight unseen is just taking your money. And that’s not why I’m here.
My programs are intended for people who would like to achieve their health goals under quality guidance. This is true from a “never-been-to-a-gym-office-worker” to an experienced athlete.
For example:
– Reducing low back pain, knee pain etc.
– Losing weight so your chances of having metabolic disease decreases.
– Having energy all day long so that you can spend quality time with your family.
– Optimizing your sports performance & prevention of injuries.
– People with serious medical complaints. This is where Holistic Health Coaching comes into place and personal supervision is needed.
– When you are not capable of or don’t want to exercise independently: I am the guide on your path, but you are still the one who has to walk it.
– If you are not interested in changing your lifestyle: long-term results are achieved through a quality training stimulus + small consistent, daily actions.
The training programs are fully adapted to your:
– Physiological Stress Level
– Fitness Level
– Equipment and Time Availability
– Location (Gym, Park, Home etc.)
1 You are not required to go to a gym or to leave your home. Your exercise program is completely drawn up based on your needs, available material and place to exercise.
2 Personal account via an app that you can download on your phone or on your PC. You can take me anywhere with you.
3 You can perform your training at a time that suits you best.
4 You can easily track your progress to reach your goals.
5 Support and follow-up through various channels.
6 Save costs to have a trainer come to your home.
