As a father of young twin boys and an owner of my holistic lifestyle coaching studio and business myself, I didn’t find it easy to make time for myself… until I made a mindset shift. - If I see that we are a good fit for each other, we’ll do a free 20 minute assessment in-person for locals, or remotely via video call so I can talk to you about your goals, see your movement patterns and check for any imbalances.
- Together we determine the plan that suits you best and after I received all the assessment forms and questionnaires from you, I send you your tailor-made action plan that will help you to perform at your best physically and mentally!
- You’ll also receive a customized nutrition strategy that we’ll cover together on our calls/video chats every other week. Everything you need to succeed will be right there in your online program.
